ch666 Terms and Conditions

The following words and phrases carry specific meanings throughout these Terms:

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• An account may not claim the same promotion more than once.
• The validity period of a bonus offer will be stated in the details of each promotion. Once expired, the bonus is cancelled automatically.
• Bets placed using bonus funds may be subject to minimum odds or minimum stake conditions.
• ch666 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without reason.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected, the bonus may be placed on hold until the account has been verified.

6.1 Game Results

The outcome of all games on ch666 is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game round is completely independent and previous results have no effect on future results.

6.2 Technical Issues

If any game is left incomplete due to a server outage, disconnection or any other technical issue:

• The amount wagered will be refunded if the game had not been completed.
• If the game has been completed, the result will be considered final.

6.3 Betting Limits

• An order from a court or regulatory authority.

8.2 Closure by the User

Any user may close their account by contacting the support team. Available balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed (subject to the Terms).

• Loss caused by the user's internet disconnection or a technical issue with their device.
• Delays or errors on the part of a third-party payment provider.
• Loss caused by unauthorised third-party access to the account (where the user has shared their security credentials).

• Loss of potential earnings due to a temporary service interruption.

Under applicable law, the maximum liability of ch666 shall in no circumstances exceed the user's account balance at that time.
